Refund Policy


Refund Policy 
We offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee on defective products. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We will issue a direct refund if asked by the customer.

We want to make sure your experience is as pleasurable as possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Cancellations 
You must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. 
We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped or it has been more then 12 hours after placing the order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BurritoBlanket will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us via our contact support page on the website!

READ THIS IF YOU ORDERED BEFORE JULY 23, 2019

As of July 23, 2019, myburritoblanket.co has changed our suppliers. We found our previous supplier’s quality was not consistently up to our standards. They would oftentimes send the wrong order, consisting of a towel. We are now with a certified supplier.

We want ALL our customers to get their burrito blankets. If your blanket is not up to your standards, please email us with a few pictures of the blanket you received and we will either refund your money or send you the proper blanket. We apologize that this has happened at all and we hope to make things right.
